Terms of Use

spcent is a public reference surface for structured worldbuilding content. These Terms of Use govern access to the current public website and its published content routes.

The current release should be used as a public knowledge product, not as a guaranteed service contract or enterprise support surface.

Section 01

Overview and Acceptance

By accessing or using the public spcent website, you agree to these Terms of Use. These terms apply to the current public release only.

They are intentionally narrow because spcent does not currently offer user accounts, subscriptions, payment workflows, or managed customer dashboards.

Permitted Use

  • Browse, read, evaluate, and reference the public content responsibly.
  • Share links to public routes and cite the public site in a reasonable way.
  • Use the current public search and navigation surfaces for normal reference purposes.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Do not abuse the site through destructive scraping, denial-of-service behavior, or other hostile traffic.
  • Do not attempt to bypass route, cache, or delivery boundaries in ways that degrade the public release.
  • Do not misrepresent spcent content, visuals, or page structure as your own official product surface.
  • Do not use the public site for unlawful, deceptive, or clearly abusive activity.

Content and Intellectual Property

spcent content, layout, copy, diagrams, and supporting visuals are part of the current public release and remain subject to applicable intellectual property law.

Reasonable reference, citation, and link sharing are acceptable. Reuse that implies official authorization, ownership transfer, or unqualified republication is not.

Section 05

No Professional or Service Guarantee

spcent is published for reference, study, and product evaluation. It does not provide legal, financial, engineering, medical, or other professional advice.

The public site is offered on an as-available basis. spcent does not currently promise uptime guarantees, incident-response SLAs, or staffed support windows.

Section 07

Changes, Suspension, and Termination

spcent may change, pause, remove, or reorganize public routes, metadata, visuals, or supporting content as the project evolves.

Access may also be limited or blocked when traffic appears abusive or threatens the stability of the public site.

Section 08

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, spcent is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-interruption losses arising from use of or inability to use the public site.

The current release is a lightweight public knowledge product rather than a managed service contract.
