Privacy Policy

spcent is a public knowledge site for structured worldbuilding content. The current release does not offer user accounts, comments, paid subscriptions, or user-uploaded content.

This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected in the current public release, how it is used, and how to contact the project at contact@spcent.com.

At A GlanceNo accounts or subscriptions

The current public site does not run sign-in, billing, profile, or user-generated-content workflows.

At A GlanceCloudflare-hosted delivery

Hosting, delivery, lightweight analytics, and email routing currently depend on Cloudflare infrastructure.

At A GlanceMinimal direct collection

The main information spcent receives directly from visitors is email sent to the public contact address.

At A GlanceOne contact route

Privacy questions and requests should use contact@spcent.com.

Section 01

Overview

This policy applies to the public spcent website, its public content pages, and the current public contact path. It is intentionally scoped to the product surface that exists today.

If spcent later adds accounts, forms, subscriptions, direct submissions, or other deeper user-data features, this policy should be expanded before those features are treated as public-ready.

Section 02

Information We Collect

spcent currently collects information in three narrow categories.

  • Information you provide directly: Messages sent to contact@spcent.com, including the contents of the message and standard email header information.
  • Information collected automatically: Standard request, device, browser, timing, cache, and network-level signals that are commonly generated when a public website is delivered.
  • Aggregated traffic signals: Lightweight visit and performance data processed through Cloudflare Web Analytics.

spcent does not currently ask visitors to create accounts, submit profile data, or provide payment information through the public site.

Section 03

How We Use Information

  • To serve, cache, secure, and maintain the public website.
  • To understand lightweight traffic and performance trends at a release level.
  • To reply to messages, content correction requests, and public-site bug reports.
  • To investigate abusive traffic or delivery problems affecting the public release.
Section 04

Infrastructure and Third-Party Services

spcent is currently delivered through Cloudflare-hosted infrastructure. That means normal page delivery, caching, security filtering, and related operational signals may pass through Cloudflare systems.

spcent also currently relies on Cloudflare Web Analytics for lightweight traffic visibility and Cloudflare Email Routing for inbound mail forwarding to contact@spcent.com.

Section 05

Email Communications

Messages sent to contact@spcent.com are routed through Cloudflare Email Routing before they reach the spcent maintainer inbox.

Replies may come from the maintainer inbox rather than directly from the contact@spcent.com alias itself. Do not send passwords, secrets, or highly sensitive personal information through this mailbox.

Section 06

Data Retention and Security

spcent keeps email and operational records only for as long as they are reasonably useful to run the current public site, handle correspondence, and investigate release-facing issues.

Reasonable technical and operational safeguards may be used, but no internet-facing system can promise absolute security.

Section 07

Your Choices

Because the current release does not provide user accounts or profile dashboards, privacy questions, correction requests, and related communication should be sent to contact@spcent.com.

If you have previously emailed spcent and need to correct or clarify information in that correspondence, use the same mailbox so the request stays linked to the current contact history.

Section 08

Changes and Contact

spcent may update this Privacy Policy as the product surface changes. Material revisions should be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.

Questions about this policy can be sent to contact@spcent.com.
